The Sora Dental Savings Plan is our in-house membership: one monthly fee covers your preventive care. No insurance company in the middle.

Three plans: one for children, one for adults, one for patients in periodontal care. Each one covers the care that group actually uses in a year.
- Benefits start immediately, and membership runs for 12 months from the date you join.
- There are no deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, denials of claims, or pre-approvals.

- This plan is not a qualified plan under the ACA.
- The plan must be current in order to receive included or discounted services.
- The plan runs for 12 months. You will receive an email reminder 45 days prior to the renewal date. Auto renewal is managed through your member portal.
- You may cancel your Plan membership at any time. You will receive a full refund of membership fees paid to Clerri if (i) the cancellation request is received within the first 30 days of the current annual contract term and (ii) no discounted dental services have been provided to any member(s) during the current term.

How the plan works
One monthly fee covers the preventive care listed in your plan above. Anything beyond that is priced and explained in writing before we begin.
Clerri runs the membership
Enrollment, billing, and renewals go through Clerri, a dental membership platform.
Common questions
Is this dental insurance?
No. It's a savings plan for care at our practice, so there are no deductibles, annual maximums, or claim denials. It also works only here.
How much does the plan cost?
Child Complete (ages 13 and younger) is $25 a month, Adult Complete (ages 14 and older) is $35 a month, and Perio Complete is $65 a month. Membership runs for 12 months from the date you join.
What does the plan include?
Every plan includes 2 regular exams, 1 fluoride treatment, routine X-rays, and 1 emergency exam. Child Complete and Adult Complete add 2 professional cleanings; Perio Complete adds 4 perio maintenance visits. It's all confirmed in writing when you enroll.
Can I use it with my insurance?
The plan is meant for patients without insurance. If you have coverage, we'll look at both and tell you which serves you better.

Can I cancel?
Yes. You may cancel your Plan membership at any time.
